Euronox PMO defines a project’s cost or budget following the two approaches of top-down and bottom-up. Top-down budget setting is when the client decides to do the project at a certain budget amount, whereas bottom-up budget setting is when Euronox cost estimation team would breakdown the project’s scope into bill of quantity and would price each component as to estimate the global project cost.
Euronox PMO aligns the client on possible gaps between both top-down and bottom-up budgets for confirmation and decision before the project starts. Eventually, clients know what they will pay for what they have requested. Everybody is happy!
Planning and Scheduling
Time is usually a critical factor that might determine whether a project is feasible. Euronox PMO defines, follows up, controls, and report changes on projects’ timelines. Using standard tools including Microsoft Project, Euronox PMO aligns both the client and the project team on the detailed project schedule, for on-time delivery. As constrains arise and delays are foreseen, Euronox PMO communicates and escalates risks to the client for their timely decision.

Quality Management
Project scope, despite how fundamental, is usually a controversial element that client and contractor would disagree about.
